This is us, Emilio Magaña and Luis Carcoba and we consider ourselves taco masters. We are now seniors at a local American school in the city of Guadalajara, México and this is our Senior Project. It all started with an idea and ended up with a creation of a workshop at our school. First, our plan was to go to eat/dine tacos two times a week and record our ideas and points of view of the stand. It ended up being a whole week of only tacos where we not only learned how to move through the city by foot and bus, but we learned how to taste a taco and most importantly how to judge a taco based on tortilla, meat, proteins, salsas and even hygiene of the place. We learned a lot, and this site is a place where strangers from all over the world coming to Guadalajara can look at and go to the tacos stand we personally thought where the best. The site is separated by zones in Guadalajara and Zapopan giving it better view and important, not getting lost.
Please, fill free to contact us with any question or ideas and, if you wish, fill out the survey so we can add more places as the days go on! Thank you for everyones help.

Sincerely,
Luis C. and Emilio M.
